1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all services, consultations, and content provided via the website [Insert Website URL] (hereinafter "Provider"). By utilizing these services, the user agrees to be bound by these GTC.

2. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The contents of this website, as well as information provided within the scope of consulting services—particularly information regarding biological age and anti-aging—are intended exclusively for general information and prevention purposes.

1. No medical diagnosis or therapy The health and vital substance consulting I offer serves exclusively for prevention, health promotion, and the enhancement of general well-being. My activities do not constitute the practice of medicine in the legal sense. I do not provide medical diagnoses, perform medical therapies, or make any promises of cure.

2. No substitute for medical treatment Consulting is in no way a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or qualified therapist. Existing medical treatments should neither be interrupted nor discontinued based on the consulting. Furthermore, medications prescribed by a doctor should not be discontinued or changed in dosage without prior consultation with the treating physician.

3. Client’s personal responsibility The implementation of the content discussed during the consulting is at the client’s own responsibility. In the case of acute or chronic complaints, as well as before taking high-dose vital substances (dietary supplements), it is explicitly recommended to consult a medical professional.

4. Vital substance consulting Recommendations regarding vital substances are intended to support the body's functions. These products are classified as food or dietary supplements and not as medicinal products (drugs). Liability for adverse effects or intolerances is excluded, provided there is no evidence of gross negligence on my part.

3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights (AI Content)

• AI-Generated Imagery: The Provider partially utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create visual material. To the extent that these images do not reach the threshold of human creativity required by the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright (CopA/URG), they are considered to be in the public domain. Nevertheless, the systematic extraction or commercial reuse of these images without the Provider’s consent is prohibited (protection against unfair competition under the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition, UCA/UWG).

• Customer Usage: The customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right to use the acquired information for personal, private purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, as well as for indirect or consequential damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for the success of any specific consultation measure, as results (e.g., reduction of biological age) depend significantly on the individual constitution and cooperation of the user.
